Sometimes, the most awkward things can suddenly become very cute. Carrie Bradshaw made the name necklace hotter than the greenhouse effect. Now, a couple of years later, Ugly Betty doesn't give a step without (is never seen without) her kitsch B-necklace with teardrop pearls. ELLE.nl spotted precisely the same awkward initial letter necklace on the neck of Natalie Portman on the film poster of The Other Boleyn Girl. The same B-necklace! Paris Hilton also walks around with a B on her neck, from Benji Hadden, her new 'lover' (read: publicity stunt). Is this a trend?

After much searching ELLE.nl found the shop where this new necklace hype comes from: Parrish Relics. The initial necklace is especially made to order with faux pearls and a faux finish of choice (antique silver, silver, red/gold, bizantine). Buy them online for €144 (€8 sending costs not included).

I just checked the date it was ordered, and I wish I could say it would be soon! :) but unfortunately I am so busy I am running closer to the eight weeks side of the six to eight week custom ordering time. (so just before May 19th?)
